An already ongoing study (FAS dnr 2005-1005) on the character of social relations, will be further illuminated concerning the aspects of competence and sustainability. This study will integrate parts of the ongoing study in a broad theoretical, conceptual and empirical illustration of the importance of social relations in working life, which will be published as a textbook.
Result and effects
The joint efforts will result in a textbook of social relations and competence. The synthesis of different perspectives on social relations in working life will be of practical use for executives, employees and their organisations, for HR-managers as well as organisation consultants and company doctors. The book will also be of use for university students.
